With La Conciairgerie, you can take advantage of your absences to rent out your apartment effortlessly. Taking photos, creating the ad, managing reservations, welcoming guests, cleaning and hotel linens, and assistance: La Conciairgerie takes care of everything.
Welcoming visitors is effortless, all you have to do is indicate the periods when your residence is available.
We are currently present in Geneva, Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux, Villars-sur-Ollon, Cran-Montana, Verbier.
Pricing and Payments
We carefully write the advertisements, select the most relevant distribution platforms for your property (Airbnb, HomeAway, Booking.com, etc.) and dynamically manage the prices.
The rental rate of your apartment will be adapted according to different criteria to ensure better profitability: (day of the week, seasons, market competition, local events).
We provide complete management of your rentals for a commission of 20% including tax of the amount of each rental.
Cleaning fees, which vary depending on the size and number of beds in the apartment, are paid by the guests and set by us.

Security
We place particular importance on the selection of our guests. We check that they have received positive reviews on various rental platforms. If these guests don't have any reviews, we contact them by phone to confirm that they meet the specific requirements of your property.
In addition to the insurance offered by certain third-party sites (e.g., Airbnb host guarantee of up to €800,000), we will ask you to maintain your multi-risk home or non-occupant owner insurance for the duration of the rentals.
LA CONCIAIRGERIE encourages you to comply with regulations and declare to the tax authorities the rental income generated by your property.
