We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join our Reception team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a pleasant experience, from pre-booking to post-stay. Excellent communication skills for providing customer service are required.
Missions and tasks
- Provide professional assistance to travelers via chat, phone and email, ensuring their requests receive a prompt response.

To be a first point of contact for travelers for check-in, stay and departure, striving to provide quick and efficient solutions in the event of problems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for common requests, such as resetting Wi-Fi routers or resolving other technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions and ensure customers are satisfied with their experience.

Proficiency in other foreign languages in addition to English is appreciated.
- Ability to multitask.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a related field.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to show initiative.
- Be comfortable with technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, Saturdays and holidays.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and maintain a positive attitude.
