Reception agent

We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join our Reception team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a pleasant experience, from pre-booking to post-stay. Excellent communication skills for providing customer service are required.

Missions and tasks

  • Provide professional assistance to travelers via chat, phone and email, ensuring their requests receive a prompt response.
  • To be a first point of contact for travelers for check-in, stay and departure, striving to provide quick and efficient solutions in the event of problems.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting for common requests, such as resetting Wi-Fi routers or resolving other technical issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions and ensure customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Proficiency in other foreign languages ​​in addition to English is appreciated.

  • Ability to multitask.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a related field.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to show initiative.
  • Be comfortable with technology.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, Saturdays and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and maintain a positive attitude.
